Arthur Abraham is a retired Armenian-German professional boxer, born on February 20, 1980, in Yerevan, Armenia. He is known for his successful career in the super middleweight and middleweight divisions.
Abraham turned professional in 2003 after a successful amateur career, which included representing Armenia in the 2004 Olympic Games. Throughout his professional career, he held multiple world titles, including the IBF middleweight title and WBO super middleweight titles.
Abraham was known for his powerful punching and robust defensive style, which made him a tough opponent for many fighters. He fought in numerous high-profile fights against notable opponents such as Andre Ward, Carl Froch, and Gilberto Ramirez.
